Shipping

All pre-orders will ship in October, 2026. To ensure you receive the freshest possible olive oil with the unique aroma and vibrancy of olio nuovo, orders are typically shipped within 10 days of harvest. Once your package is entrusted to the courier, delivery timing depends on the shipping provider and may vary.
Shipping charges are based on how much you order and your delivery location. The fee will be clearly stated in the shopping cart when you order.

Guarantee/Returns

Because our products are food items, we do not accept traditional returns. If your olive oil bottle arrives significantly damaged or compromised, we will offer a replacement or refund when you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
