Adopt an Olive Tree and Restore a Tuscan Heritage

In the hills of Cortona, Tuscany stands an olive orchard of several hundred trees, many planted hundreds of years ago and deeply rooted in the history of this land.

These trees deserve care, dignity, and a future.

The owners we purchased the grove from in March, 2026 are elderly and ill and were no longer able to care for the trees. Without intervention, the orchard would likely have been abandoned, a fate that often leads to irreversible damage or removal of secular trees. This has happened to other orchards in the same area. Now under our ownership, we have made significant investments to restore the grove to its original splendor.

With a base in Seattle and in Tuscany, we have years of experience in caring for Tuscan olive orchards and producing premium extra virgin olive oil.
